(Ellendale, DE) -- Police say a Delaware man took advantage of a vacationing homeowner. The "News Journal" reports Eric Whitman is accused of breaking into an area home while the occupants were out of town, making off with 50 crab traps and some scrap metal. Investigators arrested Whitman after they say he tried to sell the metal to a scrap yard.
