TB Exposure At Wilmington Long-Term Care Facility

(Wilmington, DE)  --  Testing for tuberculosis will be offered today for former residents and employees of a north Wilmington long-term care facility.  Health officials announced in May that more than 600 people who lived or worked at Manor Care on Foulk Road between January and September 2017 could have been exposed TB and are encouraging those people to get tested.  Someone who was no longer at the facility was discovered to have TB in April.  Testing for walk-ins will be held today, Tuesday and Wednesday at the Hudson State Service Center in Newark.
