Westside Family Healthcare is hosting its 3rd annual community event at our Northeast Health Center. Designed to provide community-based resources, this event invites community members to participate in health screenings, a resource fair, and much more. Participants who get a health screening can visit the farmers market to pick out a bag of produce to take home. A pop-up clothing closet provides clothing to men, women and children. School supplies are also provided from the vendors.
