The Cast of Power Book III: Raising Kanan talk going back to the past for the future of the story in the latest entry in the Power Universe

For 6 seasons, Power captivated millions of people each week with its gripping storylines, gritty realness and powerful performances. Beginning in 2014, the series burst on to the scene following James St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick) aka Ghost, who is looking to become a legitimate business owner after a ruthless life of drug dealing and crime. Executive produced by Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, the show was an instant critical and fan favorite.

After its 6 season run ended in 2019, the franchise expanded when Power Book II: Ghost debuted in 2020, serving as a direct sequel to the original series. Once again proving to be a hit for Starz, Power Book III: Raising Kanan is set to debut this Sunday, and goes back in time to tell the story of the rise of Kanan (played by 50 Cent in Power) in 1990's New York as he comes a powerful drug dealer.
