4 Must Watch Performances from A Capitol Fourth 2020

From Patti LaBelle to Andy Grammer, here's 4 must watch performances from A Capitol Fourth 2020

A Capitol Fourth, the annual PBS special, premiered last night and it was once again a show to remember. A Capitol Fourth is PBS highest rated program each year and the 2020 entry proves why that is. This year, the producers were tasked with celebrating America's birthday while also making the responsible (but tough) decision to not have the show live on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol where over one hundred thousand people typically come to watch. Instead, the producers had the incredible line up of artists perform in iconic locations across the United States. This choice gave a very special, intimate feel to the celebration, which was extremely appropriate given the circumstances in the country.

Let's take a look at 4 of the must watch moments from A Capitol Fourth 2020.

Patti LaBelle sings Somewhere Over The Rainbow in front of the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia

Andy Grammer sings Don't Give Up On Me from Los Angeles

The Temptations perform a Medley of Hits

Brian Stokes Mitchell sings The Impossible Dream from New York City

These 4 must watch moments from A Capitol Fourth 2020 were just some of the highlights in a show full of highlights. You can watch A Capitol Fourth 2020 on demand for the next two weeks, or on Facebook and YouTube.
