Like a lot of cats in Pennsylvania, a Maine Coon named Tissy gets really hot in the sweltering summer weather. Flicking her tail at the notion that cats don't like water, Tissy seeks relief in her owners' swimming pool, where she cools off weekly. “People say it’s crazy, but she’s just a laid-back cat that loves to swim,” Sonny Herr, one of Tissy's owners, tells Trib Live. Tissy has her own "Water Kitty" Facebook page, which features the large, fluffy cat "enjoying warm baths, drinking water from the faucet, swimming, relaxing on a pool floatie, and modeling festive holiday attire."
