If You're 45...Your Fun Could be Over!!

People have the least fun at the age of 45, a new poll has claimed.

A study of 2,000 Britons found having no responsibilities and more energy meant being younger was more enjoyable.

More than half of respondents said it got harder to enjoy everyday life as they got older.

Almost one in 10 said they did not find any enjoyment at all during their typical week, as they either could not afford it, did not have the energy or did not know how to have fun.

In the poll by Cineworld, three fifths of participants said they would like to rediscover a youthful sense of fun.

“As adults, we find it easy to get bogged down in the mundane parts of life and forget to set aside time to have fun,” said Steve McKeown, psychoanalyst and The McKeown Clinic owner.

“With psychological benefits including reduced stress and increased happiness, spending time together as a family is a great way to inject that sense of childish fun back into our lives.”

One quarter of those polled thought spending quality family time would help them to have more fun.

In addition, 83 per cent even said hey have more fun with young people than they do with adults.
