(Newark, DE) -- A Newark man will spend five years in prison for selling fentanyl-laced heroin pills in 2017. Prosecutors say Malik Brown knowingly sold the laced clear capsules which led to an overdose death. Police found 13-hundred pill capsules at his apartment following his arrest. Brown pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute a mixture of heroin and fentanyl last year.
