(Wilmington, DE) -- A new partnership between Chipotle and Wilmington University will offer their restaurant employees a debt-free education. The chain has started a program through Guild Education to cover all up-front tuition costs for 75 different business and technology degrees at five institutions including WU. Chipotle employees can pursue majors related to marketing and computer science as well as organization and business management, although the cost of books is not included. There are about eight Chipotle locations throughout Delaware which, all together, employ roughly 200 people.
