First Female Delaware National Guard Adjutant General Retires

(New Castle, DE) -- The first woman to serve as adjutant general of the Delaware National Guard is retiring. Major General Carol Timmons is stepping down after a 42-year military career.  Brigadier General Michael Berry has assumed command. Timmons was honored for her service over the weekend. She says she's "ready for some leisure time."
