(New Castle, DE) -- A New Castle County police officer is seen on a viral video punching a teenage suspect in the face during an arrest. Police responded to East Bellamy Drive in the Carriage Run development Friday night for a drug-dealing complaint. The 16-year-old was taken into custody following a struggle. The teen was found with numerous bags of marijuana, pills, and drug paraphernalia. Police officials say they are conducting an internal investigation into the use of force.
