(Rehoboth Beach, DE) -- A Rehoboth Beach woman faces her fourth DUI. Police say on Saturday they pulled over a car after the driver ran a red light at the intersection of Rehoboth Avenue and Second Street. Police arrested 52-year-old Agnes Carroll on a felony count of fourth offense DUI and failure to stop at a red light. She was released on 850-dollars bail.
