y’all, I have been SO excited to share that I’m joining the @nbcthevoice family this fall as the 5th coach for the first ever “Comeback Stage”. It’s been such a new, fulfilling challenge and I’ve been beyond inspired by the artists I’ve gotten to meet and work with. I can’t wait for you to fall in love with them. ❤️🤗🥂
Kelly Clarkson and Jennifer Hudson are going to be joined by another female coach on “The Voice” this season. Kelsea Ballerini has just been added as the show’s fifth coach, mentoring contestants on the newly added “Comeback Stage.”
The “Comeback Stage” will see six contestants who don’t make a team during the blind auditions compete for a chance to re-enter the show during the Top 13 live rounds in November.
Comeback stage rounds will be seen on YouTube, The Voice Official App, Instagram TV, Facebook and NBC.com, and after Kelsea narrows down the contestants to two, they’ll get to perform on the Live Playoffs Results show airing November 13th. America will then vote in the first Twitter Instant Save of the season and the winner will then pick whether they’ll join Team Kelly, Team Jennifer, Team Blake (Shelton) and Team Adam (Levine).
The new season of “The Voice” kicks off September 24th on NBC.
