(Dobbs Ferry, NY) -- Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester is back from a tour of a New York facility housing immigrant children. She said despite President Trump's executive order requiring families illegally crossing into the United States be detained together, they're still being separated creating a traumatic situation for the children. Blunt Rochester spoke the next day at a rally in Dover protesting the family separation policy.
