Carrie Underwood Hospitalized After Fall Outside Nashville Home

Just days after her co-hosting gig at the 51st annual CMA Awards, Carrie Underwood fell outside of her Nashville home and is currently recovering from a broken wrist and other injuries, her rep revealed.

"On Friday night, Carrie Underwood took a hard fall on some steps outside her home," her rep said in a statement via ABC News. "While there were no life-threatening injuries, she was taken to the hospital to be treated. She sustained multiple injuries including a broken wrist and some cuts and abrasions from the fall." Thankfully, the 34-year-old country chart-topper's husband, Mike Fisher, "was able to make it back into town that night to be with her and she was released from the hospital."

Underwood took to social media on Sunday (November 12) to share her gratitude for all the well wishes, writing, "Thanks so much for all the well wishes everybody...I'll be alright...might just take some time...glad I've got the best hubby in the world."
