Senator Tom Carper is hosting a telephone town hall this evening. During the meeting, Senator Carper will listen to Delawareans impacted by the coronavirus pandemic, answer their questions and discuss the recently enacted CARES Act. He will be joined by the director of Delaware's Division of Public Health, secretary of the Delaware Department of Labor and Small Business Development Center associate state director.
