Dover High School Students to Build Dryer for Soaked Firefighter Gear

A group of Dover High School students are stepping in to help local firefighters. The students teamed up to design and build a dryer for soaked firefighter gear, so that firefighters can quickly dry their gear after the dangerous carcinogens are washed off. Firefighters with the Dover Fire Department say the new dryer has been a huge help as another dryer could cost them up to 18-thousand dollars. The high school students say they hope to support more firefighters across the country and are looking for more funding to do so. Anyone who is interested in helping the students achieve their goal is asked to contact Mike Christman from Dover High School.
