(Dover, DE) -- A Delaware photographer is being indicted on several counts of tax evasion. Federal prosecutors say Bruce Kevin Fleming evaded taxes while operating Kevin Fleming, Incorporated from 2012 through 2016. The indictment further states that Fleming collected and deducted taxable wages of his employees federal income taxes and Federal Insurance Contributions Act taxes, then willfully failed to pay the IRS the taxes. If convicted, Fleming could face up to five years in prison and a hefty fine.
