(Dover, DE) -- The Delaware attorney general has recovered more than 23-thousand dollars in debt release for five former ITT Tech students. It's part of a multi-state settlement reached by other attorneys general over deceptive loans and financing provided by Student CU Connect for students enrolled in the failed for-profit college. CUSO's loan default rate is expected to exceed 90-percent.
