(Newark, DE) -- A student is being accused of setting off a smoke device at Newark Charter High School in Delaware. Police say 18-year-old Logan Jones was arrested Friday for allegedly setting the device off inside the cafeteria Thursday afternoon. About 400 students had to be evacuated but no injuries were reported. Jones has been charged with one count of disorderly conduct.
