(Newport, DE) -- State Police have ticketed a woman they say caused a crash that sent at least four people to the hospital. They say the 24-year-old was speeding and following other vehicles too closely before the accident on Interstate 95 in Newport yesterday. Investigators say the woman slammed on her brakes but lost control of her vehicle and hit a concrete barrier. Her vehicle was then struck by a minivan that also hit the concrete barrier. The minivan driver and her two kids were taken to the hospital, as was the 24-year-old. All of them are expected to be OK.
