The American Legion Family of Post 17 is proud to announce that the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Moving Wall will be on display in Lewes at the Cape May-Lewes Ferry Terminal from May 16 - May 20, 2019. The Moving Wall is a half-size replica of the Washington, D.C., Vietnam Veterans Memorial which honors soldiers who died serving our country in the Vietnam War. The Legion is shouldering the entire cost of this memorial--it will be free to the public and open 24 hours. As a Supporter of Veteran’s Programs, we know you will want to be a part of this endeavor. We need your sponsorship and/or donation to help facilitate the massive efforts essential to hosting The Moving Wall and the families who will come to view it.
