(Dover, DE) -- Delaware lawmakers are trying to pass a bill that would provide more information for patients who are getting tested for lyme disease. Senate Bill 15 would require health care providers to explain the limitation tests can have. Sussex County legislator Ernie Lopez says current laboratory testing for lyme disease can be problematic and provide false results. Lopez is planning to host an informational panel in Lewes, Delaware later this month to discuss the bill and gain support from residents.
