(Milltown, DE) -- The woman charged with dragging a trooper last week in Milltown apparently turned herself. The "News Journal" reports Yira Graciano-Toala surrendered to police after a panic attack landed her in the hospital. She allegedly drove away from the trooper when he stopped her and asked for her license. Court documents show he grabbed onto Graciano-Toala's door as she accelerated and then crashed into a sign in an attempt to dislodge him from the vehicle.
