Delaware has joined 20 other states today in filing a lawsuit against the Trump administration. It's challenging a so-called "gag rule" that would alter the federal Title X family planning program. Opponents say it would take money away from Planned Parenthood and transfer it to faith-based organizations. Title X funds 55 sites throughout Delaware.
