(Dover, DE) -- Delaware State Police and the Office of Highway Safety are teaming up to battle distracted driving. They will be conducting a series of enforcement initiatives in all three counties. The operation will use undercover troopers to help nab drivers who are texting or talking on their phones while driving. They say distracted driving fatalities have been on the rise since 2012.
