(Dover, DE) -- A Dover prison inmate is behind bars after escaping for a second time. Twenty-nine-year-old George Brinkley was captured Monday after escaping from the Morris Community Correctional Center in September. Brinkley had previously escaped back in May when he did not return for an approved work class. The suspect was jailed at the Sussex Correctional Institution on an escape after conviction charge.
