(Sussex County, DE) -- Delaware ranks third in the country for percentage of overweight adults. Ryan Peters, who is a gym owner in Delaware, says the statistics are disheartening. Peters says the problem comes from a lack of movement and poor nutrition. Delaware also tied for fifth place for the percentage of adults with high cholesterol. A recent study shows the U.S. spends nearly 200 billion dollars in annual health care costs for obesity.
