(Georgetown, DE) -- First Lady Tracey Quillen Carney will kick off Kindergarten Registration Month in Georgetown. At 4 p.m. today at the Georgetown Public Library Carney will attend the first of four kindergarten registration information sessions this month. Events will be held in Milford and Dover on November 19th and in Smyrna on November 20th. The campaign is meant to encourage families and caregivers to register students for kindergarten and help guide them through the process.
