(Delaware City, DE) -- Three workers are in the hospital after a minor explosion at the Delaware City Refinery. It happened around 11:30 Tuesday morning during equipment maintenance. Authorities said one victim was in critical condition with burns to his face and arms, a second victim was in serious condition with burns to his face and neck, and the third victim was in stable condition after suffering burns to his feet.
