(Dover, DE) -- For the first time in several months the unemployment rate is up in Delaware. Unemployment in Delaware hit four-percent in September while nationally unemployment dropped to a historic low of three-point-seven-percent. The rates in the First State had been even at three-point-nine-percent the previous two months.
