(Dover, DE) -- Delaware is getting more funding to buy the overdose-reversing medication naloxone. The Division of Public Health is being awarded 538-thousand-dollars a year for the next four years from the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. Health officials are hoping it will help equip every first responder with the overdose-reversing medication. Currently 30 law enforcement agencies have received training to administer naloxone.
