(Wilmington, DE) -- Improvements are on the way for two Wilmington parks and sports complexes. City officials announced plans yesterday to renovate Eden Park and the Baynard Stadium. Plans for Eden Park included a new multi-purpose, synthetic turf field, new playground equipment, resurfacing the basketball court and other improvements. The entire Baynard Stadium sports complex will get an overhaul as the city enters into a lease agreement with Salesianum School, which will commit to an estimated 15-to-20 million to the project.
