(Milford, DE) -- A Milford doctor is facing charges for running a "pill mill" at his pain management clinic. Patrick Titus who owns Lighthouse Internal Medicine was indicted on 14 counts for allegedly prescribing more than two-million doses of oxycodone over a two-year span. The Department of Justice is charging more than 600 individuals, including 76 doctors, nationwide for their roles in prescribing and distributing opioids and other dangerous narcotics. The DOJ is calling it the largest ever health care fraud enforcement action.
