(Washington, DC) -- The spending habits of EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt are once again raising eyebrows. Information released last week through a Freedom of Information Act request shows Pruitt ordered 12 pens that retailed for over 15-hundred dollars from a DC jewelry store. Each of the pens cost taxpayers 130-dollars, and the whole order, which included personalized journals, cost over three-thousand dollars. An EPA spokesperson says they were purchased to give away as special gifts, which they claim is standard protocol.
