The Arc of Delaware offers programs & supports to approximately 25, 000 Delaware citizens with intellectual & developmental disabilities & their families. The Arc partners with their members, self advocates & various other interested persons & agencies in advocating for legislation & public policies which promote the rights o those with I/DD to lead integrated meaningful & happy lives in the community.
