We’re all guilty of occasionally checking our phones while in the presence of friends and family.  According to a new poll, 97 percent of us admit to using our phones during conversation.  Sixty-three percent of people say they would be upset if they accidentally left their smartphone at home.  
  • Almost two-thirds check their phone at least once every hour
  • Nine percent check their phone every five minutes
  • Fifteen percent have caught someone in the act of snooping on their phone
  • Forty four percent use a PIN or pass code.
