According to a new survey by Working Mother magazine, most working moms (61%) would take the salary bump.
Although 54% say balancing work and family is the biggest challenge for working moms, only a quarter say they wish they didn’t have to work, and more than half (55%) say they are predominantly career-oriented and do not work for financial reasons alone. However, a little extra in their paychecks wouldn’t hurt.
