Christa's Cookbook - Parmesan Orzo and Peas

I am excited to share with you some of my favorite recipes I have found along the way. I am always looking for great recipes and when I find one I love, I put it in my recipe book! Or my husband will tell me "this one is for the book!" So I thought it would be fun to pass these along to you. This was last night's dinner and it was so delicious and pretty too! Shoutout to The Toasty Kitchen for this one! I added grilled chicken on top to add in some protein. For the chicken, I spiced it with salt and pepper and Italian seasoning. My husband recently told me he wasn't sure if he really liked orzo, but after trying this meal, he changed his mind. I personally love orzo! I would say if you don't care for peas, which I love, you could substitute out for broccoli or your favorite vegetable!
