(New Castle, DE) -- New Castle County police say they've arrested two men for stealing cars with a tow truck. Matthew Wojciechowski and Arnold Anderson allegedly stole vehicles and sold them to a dealership. They're being charged with ten counts of felony motor vehicle theft. Most of the stolen cars and trucks were older models or completely disabled. Reports of someone using a tow truck to take vehicles first began surfacing back in January.
