(Millsboro, DE) -- Police are searching for a man involved in a domestic assault. The incident happened last Tuesday at a home on Oak Orchard Road in Millsboro. The victim told police her husband, who is identified as Justin Shifflett, grabbed her throat and hit her in the face. Shifflett is also accused of slapping the phone out the victim's hand when she tried to call 911. Police say she sustained minor injuries. Her identity has not been released at this time.
