(Dover, DE) -- Hundreds of Delaware ans may have been affected by a data breach. Officials have identified around 650 people possibly impacted by the breach at a third-party administrator for health insurance companies. BenefitMall was used by five First State companies. People who hold policies with Highmark BCBS, Aetna, Emblem Health, Humana, or UnitedHealth will be notified if they're affected.
