Delaware Plans For Health Care Cost

(Dover, DE)  --  Delaware plans to keep the growth of health care cost down.  Governor John Carney signed an executive order yesterday that would curb the costs of medical care.  Officials say without some controls, the state's health care spending will go up from more than 9-billion dollars to 21-billion in the coming years.  Records show the state's healthcare spending has increased by 480 million dollars over the last five years.
