(Dover, DE) -- Delaware State University is again reaching record-breaking enrollment. The university says total student enrollment for the 2018-2019 academic year hit four-thousand-872. That is an increase of five-percent over last year's enrollment. The university is hoping to reach five-thousand students by 2020.
