(Dover, DE) -- Absentee voting is underway in the state. Those in New Castle County eligible to vote by absentee ballot may vote in-person or by mail. Voters must return their voted absentee ballots to the New Castle County Office no later than 8 p.m. on November 6th. Anyone who has not registered to vote, has until Saturday to do so.
