Dover, DE) -- The 2019 U.S. News and World Report college rankings are out and Delaware's colleges and universities made some moves. Delaware State University tied for the number 12 spot on the Top Historically Black Universities and Colleges. DSU was number 13 last year. University of Delaware tied for 38th among top public schools. Last year it was 33rd.
