The Delaware Division of Public Health (DPH) will offer free flu shots at the Porter State Service Center, 511 West 8th St., Wilmington, DE, on Friday, October 5, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Ages 9 and up. The first 200 people to receive their shots will be given a free gift card.
Annual flu vaccination reduces the risk of getting sick from the flu or spreading the disease to others. DPH urges all Delawareans 6 months of age and older get a vaccination as soon as possible. The flu is easy to transmit and the vaccine is the best protection.
