(Dover, DE) -- A man is behind bars in Dover, accused of stabbing another man with a pitchfork. State police Saul Velez-Mojica attacked the man after a fight broke out on Friday, puncturing him in the leg. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries. Velez-Mojica fled the scene, but was later arrested and booked into the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center.
